There are two (2) versions, the first requires Get Famous (Occult Eye Socket), the second is Base-Game Compatible (Skin Detail). It can be found under the Gloves section of the Lower Accessories menu, under the 'base game', 'feminine', 'masculine', and 'white' tags (forgot to fix the colour tags for it so it is listed under the white colour).
